When you finally overcome the false and fearful BS, you become an outsider in a world that is in a chronic state of uncertainty, confusion, and stress inside and outside. It doesn’t help that the media thrives throwing chaos, fear, disasters, and rage into the viewer’s psyche. If we do not protect our inner selves we are doomed.  When chronic stress gets into your cells (which have memory) it damages your mental, emotional, and psychical body.

We, humans, are always looking to be fixed. We go to therapy to get over our childhood trauma.  We want to break the pattern of attracting “needy” partners. We want success but are riddled with fear of rejection. We hate our jobs. We are lonely. We are not valued…..

Maybe counseling will provide insight??? Then what?

The counselor helps you decipher the roots of your insecurity or fear of rejection and help you understand it in your head but does it work with your heart?

Every experience in our life is registered in 2 places: Our cranial brain and our heart. OUR HEART

There are 40,000 neurons in the heart (specialized brain-like cells) forming a neural network that thinks, feels, and remembers independently from our cranial brain. Yes, the heart remembers. Have you heard the stories of heart transplants who take on the behaviors of their donor?

Our heart has intelligence. Every emotion we have influences our heart rhythm  Our heart generates a magnetic field and connects to the unified field. Happy, loving, grateful, and appreciative thoughts create a healthy orderly heartbeat.  Selfish, shameful, frustrated, and depressed thoughts create an unhealthy, disorderly heartbeat.

The heart produces the strongest magnetic field in the body (50,000 x STRONGER THAN THE BRAIN).  You project your emotions and your beliefs out into an invisible field. If you are frustrated and angry, you emit that into your surroundings. Have you ever been somewhere and the energy creeps you out?

When your heart beats in a rhythmic, orderly manner (sustaining elevated emotions).

Your nervous system increases brain energy, creativity, and intuition and has a positive impact on your cells.  When you elevate your heart, you are broadcasting an expansive magnetic field

so much that the energy of every cell is redirecting the love into space.

When your heart is beating haphazardly based on your survival emotions, you draw from your magnetic field and you feel separate and materialistic because you are putting your focus on the source of your problems.

In order to create a desirable future – one must marry a clear positive intention (coherent brain)

with elevated emotion (coherent heart) and this creates an electrical charge and once that happens we can change our biological energy and our lives.

The more you can maintain and sustain heart coherence through elevated emotions such as gratitude, love, compassion, appreciation, kindness, and thankfulness elevate emotions the stronger your magnetic field and the healthier you become

Below is a 3-minute practice to bring you inner peace and security and good health (and happy healthy cells). It is called Heart-Brain Coherence. The pictures were taken from the Heartmatb Organization (heatrtmath.org) for mediations but you can do this one for immediate positive changes.

Think of your elevated  emotion (gratitude and appreciation always work)

Close your eyes and start breathing. Breathe in for 4 or 5 seconds, pause, and breathe out for 7 – 9 seconds. Touch your heart lightly. While you are breathing feel with your heart. Three minutes.

That’s all it takes.

Your future depends on your ability to shift in a positive loving way.
